There may be 8,000 people in the entire Hili Ventures team but we have an individual personal development plan for everyone who’s with us for the long haul. We take succession planning very seriously and that creates opportunities. As our seniors progress, openings become available so their reports can progress too. That’s why we have to make sure our people are prepared to step up!

Our HR teams in each country run a range of specially designed training programmes so that our best performers are able to realise their full potential. The programmes polish leadership skills, enhance management performance, and grant formal management training to people who aspire to be great managers. We’ll fly you out to join a programme or fly in the trainers to wherever you are.

Training Programmes

We run a very straightforward training schedule. There’s a Managers Programme for team leaders, and an Aspiring Managers Programme for people who have the potential to become team leaders.

Candidates who complete either of these programmes are then scheduled for follow-up training to carry on where the first sessions left off.

Leading High Performance Teams

Over four days, we’ll surprise you with your very own scientific personal profile (PRISM system). You’ll discover traits that make you who you are and areas where you excel. The accuracy of this exercise will astound you!

Then you’ll learn how to:

  • Lead through influence
  • Build and leverage talent
  • Lead change and innovation
  • Execute for results
  • Put stakeholders first

And finally, we’ll brush up your business etiquette!

Resourceful Leadership

This three-day follow-up training builds on the Leading High Performance Teams training.

  • Q and A with CEO, Charmain or MD
