We constantly polish our talent management processes to ensure we have the full picture of our talent pool. We use these processes to select people for fast track training, adapt the programme content to their needs and make sure development is tangible and effective.
The talent management review seeks to clearly identify key managers targeted for development and recently appointed managers to help them gain solid insight into effective leadership practices. High potential people who aspire to be managers are also earmarked for training so that they too gain an insight into effective leadership.

We run a very straightforward training schedule. There’s a Managers Programme for team leaders, and an Aspiring Managers Programme for people who have the potential to become team leaders.
Candidates who complete either of these programmes are then scheduled for follow-up training to carry on where the first sessions left off.

Over four days, we’ll surprise you with your very own scientific personal profile (PRISM system). You’ll discover traits that make you who you are and areas where you excel. The accuracy of this exercise will astound you!
